What we collect
Events and classes: your name and email, to confirm and check you in.
Newsletter: your email, only if you sign up. Unsubscribe anytime.
Studios: the details needed for your lease, card and invoices, and the agreements you sign online.
Payments: handled by our payment providers. We never see your card details.
Photos and recordings: events may be photographed or recorded. Want something removed? Email us.
CCTV: shared areas, footage kept 4 weeks.
Website: standard server logs. No tracking, no cookie banner.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run Subterra: database and storage (Supabase), payments (Stripe, Mollie), bookkeeping (Jortt), email (Brevo, Google), error monitoring (Sentry), hosting (Netlify). We never sell your data.
How long
Financial and tenant records: 7 years (tax law). Mailing lists: until you unsubscribe. Everything else: as long as needed, then deleted. Backups: up to 12 months.
